Mass Effect 3

The reason why I dropped off the grid the last week is because I've been playing Mass Effect 3 since I got it on March 6. They didn't go the direction that I expected or would have preferred in the game, and it was enjoyable up until the end when it became tedious and then destroyed the entire setting. Now that I've finished the game I'll be getting back to finishing up VBAM. I just wanted to let people know that I hadn't completely fall off the face of the earth, just journeyed through Charon relay for a quick jaunt.
I was kind of hoping that ME3 would offer more in the way of inspiration for future VBAM development, but overall it didn't offer as many "hey, we should be able to do that..." moments as the previous games in the series have. It did make me want to break out the 2E Menagerie notes and make updates and changes and see how things would align themselves for the ME species, and made me think about the different planet types a bit more than I've had planned for the Companion.
