Any new updates on how 2E is comin along? Just thought I'd ask since it's been a while.

I am curious as well. Anything new on the 2E front? I'm desperate to see anything from any space related 4X game at this point.

Tyrel started up an internal playtest right before the holidays and that has generated a very broad discussion that is reshaping the rules. My understanding is that he has been busy incorporating feedback and the playtest should actually get underway very soon.

Can we get an Idea of how long we are going to have to wait before we can see any public playtest or actual release? I have some gaming projects that are hinging on VBAM comming available and have been putting them off for a year!

First quarter 2011 is almost over.......any new news on the VBAM 2.0 front?

I think Charlie and I have the only copy at the moment. We are just doing some quick proofs before the playtesters get it.

So, any news on the second edition? It was all building up so well and then nothing ....

Tyrel is polishing up the 2e draft for playtesting. I am personally tempted to kick off another Wing Commander game.
