1E pdf download contents

I bought the pdf bundle deal with the three 1e "core books".

Opening the campaign guide zip file (vbm101.zip) reveals what superficially looks like two identical pdf files and a printer friendly version.

What's the difference between the superficially identical files? ("_VBAM Campaign - VBAM101 - v1.2.pdf" and "vbm101_vbam_campaign_guide.pdf")

Right, the one is geared to more friendly printing. I believe it is tough to tell in the PDF itself but as I recall it was set up to save ink when printing the entire product.

The difference between the two is that the v1.2 document has bookmarks added to it (thanks to Jimmy Simpson for that, IIRC), whereas the other book is the original release. The reason I left two in there (though in retrospect I should I included a note...) is that the unnumbered PDF might have one or two spelling/grammar updates that the other doesn't -- but it is minor.

I think once VBAM 2E is finished, I will probably go back through the 1E book and reformat it to match and clean up some of these problems... sigh.
