CSCR 2

I am planning on finishing up my proposed draft for a CSCR 2 sometime in the next week or so. Most of the ideas I have concerning CSCR have more or less gelled after months of tossing things back and forth. My take on the situation is likely to be different from what Jay and Charlie have in mind, and won't be official in any way shape or form. But it might at least generate some feedback as to what users feel is good or bad about some of the possible approaches to changes in the CSCR.

Funny enough I am nearing completion on my own take on CSCR 2.0 as well, amoung other things. I had a brainstorm the other night while I was in the shower.
