Ha ha ha. That is a good way to look at it.

It would be nice to try and reconcile the two, but that may be too much of a hassle for the benefit received. I can kick around a few ideas.

Thanks for your thoughts!

A question of scale

I've been working with the 2E promotional material, but felt this was a better question here. I have been working to put together a VBAM campaign for a setting I developed while playing with Babylon 5 Wars. The setting has several eras and available scenarios. Some of the earlier scenarios are fairl...

Follow-up

I've managed to create a number of new systems and also realized that I had been incorrectly assigning stats to gas giants. Overall, that has helped bring things into line. Unfortunately, the BIO stat remains a problem. Some of it arises from high CAP dwarf planets, which is rather realistic. They c...

System generation questions

I've been looking forward to getting involved in VBAM more for a while, so it is nice to finally try and catch up with all of the interesting things going on here! Tyrel, it is very good to be back! I think I have enlisted in your school of "have everything happen at once". I can certainly understand waiting until 2E. I am trying to get over the the VBAM forum here and the other web site in order to catch back up with things. Overall, I have to say t...

Hello Tyrel, I know I am very late to the party here, but I would certainly vote for more information on the Great War period. From what you have described, it has plenty of good sub-sections to do supplements. It's a good storyline and introduces a lot of the players in the Escalation Wars setting....

Nice place

Tyrel, I completely forgot that this board existed. I have since fixed that error! I know I am joining the party late here, but I am interested as well, especially after my interest in the Terran Imperium game. At this point, I will play where there is space or if you need a bit part player somewher...
