Vanishing Books

Postby Emiricol » Tue Aug 07, 2012 8:27 pm

Hi, my VBAM Companion book vanished. I went to RPGNow to try to re-download it and it doesn't show up in my Library there either. Any idea what happened, and how I can get this book back?

My VBAM JC book did the same thing but I was able to re-download it.

That's strange. I see that they've changed their page around and that might have broken some of their code. I'll follow up with them about this when I get back from vacation. In the meantime I'll send you a complimentary copy via their publisher control panel.

Weird, so when I went to redeem the code, that page said I could re-download it off my previous purchase. Even though it didn't show in my Library. Well, problem solved. I wonder what other products I'm missing ;)

Just let us know if any of those are VBAM products. Did you mention the problem to RPGNow?

Thanks,
Jay

Hi Jay, the only other thing I was missing was Menagerie, but I got it off my HD backup so nothing else *appears* to be missing from VBAM ;)

EDIT: No, I didn't mention it to RPGNow, it didn't occur to me.
