Repairs

I have a question about repairing ships.

Lets say I have 4 ships at 7 EP each that are crippled and being repaired at the same shipyard.

Do I pay 8 EP (7 x 25% = 1.75 rounded up to 2 x 4 ships = 8 points)
or
Do I pay 7 EP (7 x 25% = 1.75 x 4 ships = 7 points)

In other words, do I get a discount for repairing multiple ships at once?

I believe the repair costs are figured individually, so no bulk discount.

Right, repair costs are normally ship by ship. Some players track EP by fractions, whichs works too.
