I'm really glad to see that work on Steel Castles is moving on forward! It's a neat and creative application of the ideas of the system, and it's sent me down many a wikipedia hole looking at all the neat ships you're using as source material.

Either 2E or Galaxies might help with an Honorverse setting, since the economic system is much 'smoother' in both. I found it much less hassle to track income vs maintenance, for example. the biggest outlier I found is that you were giving a bonus for each Scout in a fleet rather than just a flat bonus for having a Scout at all.
